Our Story

Captivations was established in 1980 in Queensland, Australia. As the name suggests the company supplies caps, but requests from satisfied customers over the years has led to the range being diversified into many different product areas. This diversification has resulted in Captivations being able to supply high quality Sports Uniforms, Polo Shirts, Sports Bags, Sports Drink Bottles and heaps more for Clubs, Businesses and Schools throughout Australia.

I have owned and operated the business for nearly 15 years. Captivations is now situated at Clayfield a suburb of Brisbane. I have enjoyed Captivations immensely over the years and found it most satisfying. In November 2008 I licenced the opperation of Captivations to Lou & Ben Beard whose experience in the industry is second to none. Together they will be managing Captivations as if it is there own and will be responsible for all decisions. (With a guiding hand from me of course)

We haven't set out to author a mission statement as such but all of our dealings are made with a few "Golden Rules" which we strive to live up to all of the time.
They are.....

* To treat all customers with the utmost respect all of the time.

However, we am after all only human and as such can secum to the associated frailties that reside within the human condition. We therefore would ask you that if we did fall down with my golden rules that you as a customer would let us know.
